FAQs

  • I am fairly healthy and don’t use/go to the doctor that often. How does this benefit me?

We all benefit from services tailored to our needs, and your health care should be no different. Inevitably we will all get sick or injured. Our clinic offer access to your provider anytime you need us without the red tape sot that you can get back to your life and work

  • Do you take insurance?

No. We work directly for you by providing exceptional, personal, and direct health care without the constraints and limitations of private insurance companies.

  • I already have health insurance, why do I need The Carroll Clinic?

Currently, can you call your doctor 24/7? No way!

Currently, can you see your doctor the same day? Not likely!

Currently, does your doctors office have transparent pricing? They can't, they don't know themselves.

With The Carroll Clinic, the answer to ALL of those questions is YES! Peace of mind is priceless.

  • Is this "Concierge Medicine?"

Nope! We operate as Direct Primary Care not concierge care.

Concierge practices have higher monthly costs and also bill your insurance, making you responsible for additional co-pays, deductibles, and facility fees.

We have lower monthly costs, are available 24-7, and never bill your insurance.

  • How do I make an appointment once signed up?

Easy! All patients are given direct access to our provider via text, call, email, or HIPAA compliant messaging. We offer same/next day appointments.

  • What happens after hours and on weekends?

We offer a plus membership for $200/month which provides you access and care evenings, weekends, and all holidays.

  • How is my membership billed after signing up?

Simple! Pick your age-based membership and you will be billed quarterly or annually (for a discount!).

You can use your health insurance for any labs, testing, and medications, just not for your monthly membership.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all majors credit and debit cards as well as ACH bank payments.

Card payments include a slight surcharge fee, while ACH bank payments do not.
